Greeting again,
As you can see, I have published yet another poem, “Of The Beloved”, so soon after “Transfiguration” was published. I have placed it in the Pastoral Poems category for now. This is one of the poems that I had found while looking through old papers that I had written quite a while ago now. I read it through and made changes to it as I went along. I had attempted to use a meter of 7-8-7 syllables as regards the three lines of each verse, though it didn’t quite turn out that way. Nevertheless, I think the verses flow sufficiently well despite this slight inconsistency and I hope you enjoy reading it. Setting the bible to verse can certainly be a challenge but it is ever so rewarding. I urge you to try your hand at it.
