Greetings everyone,

My latest poem, Hearts on Fire, is now uploaded for you to enjoy, especially in advance of Pentecost which we will be celebrating this Sunday. It wasn’t the easiest poem to write, despite its short length. It was inspired by the opening talk given at a recent Quiet Day held at the Priory of Our Lady of England, which is the base of the Chemin Neuf Community in Storrington, West Sussex, UK. You will find it in the Pastoral Poems section. I hope you find it uplifting and enjoyable.

As the letters after my surname would suggest, I am a member of a religious order; Third Order, Society of St. Francis. I am serving a second term of office on the Provincial Chapter of the Order, as Provincial Secretary and Trustee, my new six-year incumbency starting in February 2023. I have been a Tertiary Franciscan since my profession in 1996. As well as writing poetry, I enjoy the theatre, and have been a member of a local theatre company. I enjoy cricket too, and am a Life Member of Sussex County Cricket Club. I hope you will enjoy browsing over this site, and that you will find something to help you on your spiritual journey.
