Welcome to this new offering of an extended poem. Although nowhere near as long as Triduum, this work has several sections to guide the reader through events as recorded in the Old and New Testaments, as well as a special section on the book of Revelation, sometimes called the Apocalypse. I have retitled and moved the previous poem called “Paradise” (it used to be in the “Pastoral Poems” section) into this work and renamed it “Paradise – Further Vision.” This is because there is an extensive vision given in the section called “Restoration” first of all.
One change that I have made is that the section entitled “Finale – Adoration” is written in iambic pentameter, as the rest of the poem is, but this time in rhyming couplets. Somehow I felt moved to write in this manner and I am very pleased with the result. I hope you enjoy this change and indeed the entire poem.
