Scourged at the pillar
Nailed to a cross
Saviour dear.
Your lifeblood flowed down
From Calvary
To cleanse.
The blood that flowed forth
From Calvary,
Trickled down
Until it returned
Unto its source;
The pillar.
This river of blood
Will cleanse and restore
Human hearts.
Unlike the great Nile
And Sea of Reeds,
It saves.
Listen and believe;
Jesus has paid
The price.
Accept Him as Lord,
Give Him your heart,
And live.
