The Order’s foundation is it believes that Christ
Is the perfect revelation of God;
By His incarnation and ministry
By His cross and resurrection
And the sending of the Holy Spirit
True life is available to all.
The Order believes that the Church is sent out
To preach the Gospel to all humankind
The Church therefore is duty bound
To bring all people to know the Lord,
Without ceasing, to pray and work
For the coming of the Kingdom of God.
This then is the Order’s primary aim,
Like our father Francis, to make Christ known.
As the first disciples obeyed the Lord
So may our lives and attitudes be
As witnesses to the Lord where we live,
Praying and working for the Kingdom of God.
