Now to Our Lady most immaculate
The Queen of Heaven, crowned with twelve bright stars
To whom we make our prayers, invoking her
Intercession of her beloved son
Who is our saviour, the blessed Lamb of God.
Him let us follow on the narrow path
That leads to life, difficult is that road
Yet we must follow it and follow Him
As Mary, self-effacing, points to Him
With warmth and love, a mother's tender heart
Which overflows with love and beauty fair.
Dear Mary, through your intercession, keep
Our eyes fixed on Him, so that we may walk
Constantly on that road that leads to life
Of which He spoke upon the sacred mount
Such priceless pearls of wisdom from on high
Bringing the Kingdom into human hearts
To help them say a "Yes" unto the Lamb
As you said "Yes" to God in response to
The message spoken by the Archangel
Gabriel, the winged messenger on high.
May we your holy company now keep
As day by day we walk along the path
That leads to life, until at journey's end
And cleansed and purified by heavenly grace
We make our home in Paradise the blest.
