Radiancy bright
Too terrible for human sight
Is the glory of the Lord
Immortality divine
Eclipsing human grand design
This is your God and mine.
Sheer blinding light
That screams of Yahweh’s power and might
Is the fearfulness of the Lord
Splendour, majesty sublime
Unconstrained by space and time
Here is your God and mine.
His mind will rend
Mere human wills to make them bend
To the supremacy of the Lord
Searching, torrid purity
Is Yahweh, awesome deity
Worship your God and mine.
We could not bear
To see the fearsome deadly stare
Of the countenance of the Lord
Yet His arms are open wide
He bids us let Him be our guide
Follow your God and mine.
