Based on Mark 9: 14-29
Demonic grip, childhood wasted away
Minion evil, thinking that it holds sway
O'er blameless youth, disciples unable
To free this youth. Enter the Lamb of God
With full authority demonstrable
To beat down Satan with an iron rod.
Lack of faith shown in the words "If you can"
Replaced by declaration of belief
To bring to the boy much-needed relief
And show the full truth of the Divine Plan
Of Yahweh God through Jesus Christ his Son.
Holy rebuke was made, and out did come
The evil spirit from its stolen home.
By prayer and fasting is this victory won.
